Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of 3–4 AR specialists. You will be responsible for workload distribution, performance KPIs, and training the team on updated best practices
Serve as the 'power user' and administrator for Invoiced.com, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce (Billing) and QuickBooks (Accounting)
Audit current workflows to identify bottlenecks. You are expected to proactively suggest and implement improvements to automate manual tasks and increase collection efficiency
Oversee the collection strategy for our multi-entity structure, ensuring the team maintains a customer-first approach while strictly adhering to aging targets and reducing DSO
Act as the final point of escalation for complex billing disputes, multi-location payment reconciliations, and enterprise-level account discrepancies
Lead the AR month-end close process. Provide leadership with rigorous reporting on cash forecasting, at-risk accounts, and historical collection trends
Maintain and improve internal controls within the AR cycle to ensure accuracy, transparency, and audit readiness
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with a proven track record of managing a team of at least 3 direct reports
High 'systems-fluency' with Invoiced.com, QuickBooks, and Salesforce
You are process-driven and detail-oriented
Ability to manipulate large datasets (pivot tables, complex formulas) to provide actionable insights into the aging report
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
