Responsibilities

Act as a first point of contact for technical support questions from internal Nexford teams and external learners
Help with internal operations such as onboarding, offboarding, tools audits, organizing information, cleaning up records, tagging data, and preparing inputs for reports and dashboards
Support the team in investigating SaaS tools and reviewing system workflows and processes to spot issues and suggest practical improvements
Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Academic teams on weekly tasks and projects, while gaining exposure to how tech issues are identified and resolved

Required

Excellent communication skills with a learner- and customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in helping others and improving their experience
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to ask questions when something isn't clear
Interest in technology operations, incident management, and ed-tech platforms
Ability to learn new tools quickly and work independently in a remote environment

Preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, LMS, or ticketing tools is a plus, but not required
