Responsibilities

Facilitate the change management process by reviewing product structures and information for accuracy
Review change requests to ensure documentation is clear, valid, and detailed enough to effectively initiate and drive changes
Ensure all change requests conform to change management principles and departmental procedures and requirements
Analyze the impact of changes to products and their associated documentation and components
Review changes to determine interchangeability and take appropriate actions
Maintain change process documentation to ensure it reflects current policies, procedures, and business practices
Facilitate timely resolution of quality and operational issues

Required

Minimum of 1+ year of experience working in a manufacturing environment
Facilitate the change management process by reviewing product structures and information for accuracy
Review change requests to ensure documentation is clear, valid, and detailed enough to effectively initiate and drive changes
Ensure all change requests conform to change management principles and departmental procedures and requirements
Analyze the impact of changes to products and their associated documentation and components
Review changes to determine interchangeability and take appropriate actions
Maintain change process documentation to ensure it reflects current policies, procedures, and business practices
Facilitate timely resolution of quality and operational issues
Prior experience reviewing engineering changes, including drawings, procedures, and product structures
Experience working cross-functionally with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence others
Ability to work independently and drive teams toward achieving common goals
Strong attention to detail and aptitude for documentation review
Knowledge of Configuration Management principles and tools

Preferred

Background in Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, or IT-related fields
Prior experience using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems such as Matrix, Windchill, or SmartSolve
Prior experience using an ERP system; SAP preferred
