Establish a dynamic, inclusive culture that embodies our core values of equity, relationships, growth, and empowerment, and is supported by effective human resource structures and organizational policies
Supervise and provide strategic direction and support for the two Regional Program Directors, ensuring ongoing programmatic excellence and achievement of goals
Be primarily responsible for ensuring On the Road meets its revenue, district partnership, and external relations goals
Drive community engagement efforts, and must have a special ability to build amazing relationships and partnerships with diverse stakeholders and mobilize them to support our mission in the communities we serve
Oversee the financial management of the organization and other business functions
