The role involves end-to-end delivery of a commercial off-the-shelf experiment management solution, while managing various teams and stakeholders in a complex R&D setting.

Responsibilities
Leading delivery of a COTS scientific system with multiple integrations
Operating as a senior PM within a SAFe / Agile delivery framework
Managing and coordinating Business Analysts, Architects, Data Engineers, and delivery teams
Acting as the primary interface between scientists, IT, and business stakeholders
Managing change in a complex R&D environment where processes are evolving and highly specialised
Driving stakeholder engagement, adoption, and delivery across on-site teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager delivering complex enterprise systems
Experience working in scientific, research, or laboratory-based environments
Strong background delivering COTS platforms, including integrations and data flows
Demonstrable experience working in SAFe / Agile programmes
Confidence engaging with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable operating in environments with a high degree of ambiguity and change
