Drive outbound prospecting from initial research to booking qualified meetings with key decision-makers
Partner with leadership to test and iterate on GTM plays, messaging, and new acquisition channels
Build and refine high-value account lists, identifying the right stakeholders within premier staffing firms
Craft personalized, high-conversion outreach that cuts through the noise and addresses deep pain points in technical hiring

Required

Experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
