Responsibilities
Lead, plan and/or execute on the end-to-end delivery of Change Management activities throughout the lifecycle for assigned programs / projects / initiatives in alignment with the change management strategy and business objectives
Schedule, manage, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across multiple teams and business units
Ensure that testing schedules, resources, and deliverables are aligned with project timelines
Act as a central point of contact facilitating communication between business stakeholders, product teams, and testing resources to drive successful UAT execution and timely issue resolution
Collaborate with project / change stakeholders to complete assigned deliverables
Provide advice and guidance on the application of TD's change methodology and framework(s) as applicable to change workstreams and project scope
Integrate the broader organizational context into advice and solutions within own area
Apply best practices to change management methods and tools to ensure continuous improvement
Act as a subject matter expert within their own area of specialty or a resource for others
Lead workstreams of moderately complex risks and resource requirements; may lead process to complete workstream deliverables across project workstreams and stakeholders
Contribute to setting standards within area of expertise
Lead the resolution of complex problems requiring analysis of multiple variables, including consultation with multiple stakeholders
Use advanced methods to contribute to new solutions and recommend standards against which others will operate
Interpret guidelines, standards, policies and results of analysis to inform decision making at senior levels
Build stakeholder alignment in leading projects and activities; may provide subject matter advice at senior levels
Act as the change management lead for Tier 3-4, moderate risk and regulatory projects
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree
5+ years related experience, working in a project environment
Proficient knowledge of change management principles, industry best practices, lines of businesses supported, project management, organization practices, business culture(s) and business transformation
Knowledge of current and emerging trends
Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations
Knowledge of project/program support, planning and implementation
Ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities to ensure completion of initiatives
Skill in mentoring, and coaching
Skill in using software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
Skill in using computer applications including MS Office
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions
Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently
Ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisions
Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
Ability handle confidential information with discretion
