Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional technology initiatives that support HR, Sales, and Marketing teams

Own programs end-to-end—working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects successfully

Manage enterprise business systems, including Workday (HR), Salesforce (Sales), and ERP platforms

Translate business needs into structured project plans

Coordinate multiple teams (including vendors), manage timelines and risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

Handle stakeholder communication and governance, providing regular status updates and executive-level visibility

Ensure projects follow IT standards, security, and compliance requirements
