Founding SDR Lead
Startupr is a B2B pipeline partner that specializes in generating qualified meetings through cold-call-led outreach. They are seeking a Founding SDR Lead to build a consistent outbound calling motion and coach SDRs, working closely with the CEO and Head of Sales to convert pipeline into booked meetings.

Responsibilities
Run daily standup, call blocks, call reviews, weekly performance review
Coach SDRs on talk tracks, objection handling, discovery, call control
Build QA standards: scorecards, pass/fail definitions, feedback loops
Lead by example: join call blocks and demonstrate the standard
Implement repeatable calling playbook (scripts, openers, objection bank)
Improve conversion: dials → connects → meetings → show rate → qualified
Partner with ops on list quality and targeting
Coordinate with email/LinkedIn motion for consistent multi-channel outreach
Recruit, interview, onboard, and ramp SDRs as we scale
Create structured onboarding (first week, first month, ongoing coaching)
Audit current scripts, call outcomes, activity rhythm
Launch QA scorecard and coaching cadence
Establish baseline metrics and weekly scoreboard
Consistent SDR execution with clear standards
Updated calling playbook live and in use
Meeting quality improving alongside volume
Repeatable coaching system in place
Strong meeting output with stable show rate
Hiring and onboarding process ready to scale
Qualification
Required
3–7 years in B2B outbound (SDR/BDR or AE) with strong phone experience in North America
Track record coaching SDRs or leading outbound performance
Comfortable owning daily execution and accountability
Strong judgment on call quality and qualification standards
Able to operate in early-stage environment with limited support
Preferred
Experience in lead generation, services/agency sales, or selling to founders
Familiar with modern outbound tooling (CRM, dialer, sequencing, enrichment)
