The Client Executive will build trust-based relationships with higher education institutions and global recruiters, driving growth through new partnerships and enhancing existing relationships.

Responsibilities

Create and implement an effective regional sales strategy for institutions of higher education and other partner organizations

Effectively lead prospects through a consultative sales lifecycles – from identification to qualification to onboarding

Present IEE full value proposition, including tech staff and integrations, through various modalities including but not limited to virtual and in-person meetings, conferences, webinars and blogs

Create and implement an effective regional strategy to deepen relationships, add value and ultimately increase revenue of partner organizations

Collaborate with Partner Support Team to solve escalations from partners across multiple internal departments in a timely manner

Represent IEE effectively with comprehensive knowledge of products and services

Assist in the creation of marketing strategy to enhance overall brand recognition and value, including but not limited to email campaigns, social media, webinars, and conference collateral

Maintain up to date records and sales forecasting through CRM

Required

Bachelors degree from accredited university

3-5 years professional experience in sales, account management, higher education, ed tech, international admissions, or related field

Advanced understanding of Microsoft 0365 suite

Advanced understanding of CRM systems, with preferred experience in Zoho and/or Salesforce

Ability to travel up to 25% of time for client and conference travel
