They are seeking a CNC Programmer Mill/Turn Specialist who will be responsible for programming and optimizing machining processes, improving production efficiency, and collaborating with various teams in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities
Program and support Mill/Turn CNC machines using CAD/CAM software (Esprit or similar)
Develop and optimize complete machining processes from start to finish
Own new part processing: tooling strategy, fixturing concepts, speeds/feeds, setups, validation
Improve cycle times, scrap rates, tool life, and process stability
Support vertical milling operations and multi-axis machining
Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and engineering documentation
Troubleshoot machining, quality, and process issues on the floor
Drive continuous improvement across machining, workflow, and standardization
Train and support machinists and operators
Collaborate closely with production, quality, and leadership teams
Operate in regulated environments aligned with aerospace and medical standards
Qualification
Required
Strong CNC Programmer AND strong Process Engineer mindset
3+ years of hands-on CNC programming experience on complex parts
Proven ability to process a part from scratch — not just modify programs
CAD/CAM experience required (Esprit preferred, Mastercam or similar accepted)
Deep knowledge of machining methods, tooling, GD&T, and blueprint reading
Background in aerospace and/or medical manufacturing environments
Comfortable supporting the floor and improving real production processes
Continuous improvement mentality — always looking to make things better
Strong communicator, collaborative, and team-oriented
Preferred
Esprit CAD/CAM experience preferred, Mastercam or similar accepted
