Build a strategic roadmap for talent monetization
Package opportunities and convert attention into signed deals
Protect long-term brand equity during negotiations
Secure brand deals and negotiate appearance fees
Book hosting opportunities and land speaking placements
Manage multi-deal pipelines across categories
Collaborate with entertainment attorneys and business affairs teams
Run clean contract workflows from first call to signature
Originate opportunities proactively rather than reactively
Qualification
Required
10–20+ years of experience representing talent or selling talent-driven commercial opportunities (agency, management, or boutique rep background)
Proven track record monetizing high-profile talent through brand partnerships, appearances, hosting, speaking, and media opportunities
Ability to build a strategic roadmap and package opportunities
Experience in converting attention into signed deals while protecting long-term brand equity
Strong relationships with brand decision-makers, agency buyer teams, and entertainment stakeholders
Fluency in deal structure and negotiation: usage rights, exclusivity, term length, deliverables, whitelisting/paid amplification permissions, option clauses, renewal triggers, and IP protection
Experience collaborating with entertainment attorneys and business affairs teams
Ability to run clean contract workflows from first call to signature
Proactive in originating opportunities, not just reacting to inbound
Active network and repeatable process for closing high-value commercial and media deals
Judgment to build a long-term career platform while driving aggressive near-term revenue
