Responsibilities
Evaluate new and emerging merchant and payment models for alignment with global acquisition and governance policies
Perform analytical assessments to identify business, operational, and compliance risks
Interpret assessment results using data analysis, reporting tools, and AI-enabled tools where applicable
Support consistent application of policies through clear documentation and stakeholder collaboration
Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and business teams to gather inputs and support governance decisions
Contribute to policy adherence discussions and recommendations under senior guidance
Assist in the development and enhancement of evaluation tools, documentation, and processes
Support continuous improvement of payment model evaluation and acquisition governance frameworks
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage deliverables end-to-end
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Experience interpreting policies, guidelines, or governance frameworks
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without direct authority
Flexible working hours to support global stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, fintech, risk, or compliance
Exposure to governance, policy, or control-related programs
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
