Vendor, license, and asset management
Security architecture and controls aligned to NIST, CMMC Level 1 & 2, FAR, and DFARS
Policies, procedures, documentation, and audit readiness
Oversight of a CUI enclave and third-party IT/security providers
Qualification
Required
Hands-on, on-site role with full ownership of the IT function for an ~80-person organization across two buildings
Primary technical authority responsible for both day-to-day IT operations and longer-term IT and security strategy
Systems administration across servers, endpoints, networks, and cloud tools
Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Azure AD, identity and access management
IT onboarding/offboarding and employee support
Vendor, license, and asset management
Security architecture and controls aligned to NIST, CMMC Level 1 & 2, FAR, and DFARS
Policies, procedures, documentation, and audit readiness
Oversight of a CUI enclave and third-party IT/security providers
Experience owning IT end-to-end in a lean or regulated environment
Comfortable doing hands-on work and making strategic recommendations
Experienced with compliance, audits, and technical documentation
Able to operate independently without constant escalation
Present in the office and engaged with the business
