Responsibilities
Produce and analyze daily, monthly, and quarterly P&L
Collaborate with Front Office on daily trading activity and related inquiries
Liaise with Operations, Technology, FP&A, and other internal teams
Manage month-end reporting, including profit-sharing coordination across branches and Head Office
Support month-end General Ledger closes and balance sheet substantiation
Review new trades for proper valuation, accounting treatment, and financial statement disclosure
Provide analysis and information for ad hoc requests across the organization
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Participate in finance initiatives and special projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CFA a plus
4+ years of product control experience, preferably with loan products or in public accounting with financial services
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
Quick learner, collaborative team player, and self-starter
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and with teams
Advanced proficiency in Excel
