New Grad, Entry LevelCRi - Community Residences, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to join their Human Resources Team. The Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruiting efforts, build relationships with hiring managers and other referral sources, and ensure communication with candidates throughout the process.

Responsibilities
Manage full life cycle recruiting efforts to provide a qualified diverse candidate pool
Sources, develops, and builds relationships with hiring managers, referral sources, colleges/universities, technical schools, and other referral sources
Conducts screening interviews, refers qualified candidates for appropriate openings in the agency
Ensures the unsuccessful candidates are notified of their non-selection
Prepares and submits weekly summary of recruiting efforts to Senior Recruiter
Attends Job Fairs
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in Recruiting in fast-paced environment
Excellent computer skills, experience with Word, Excel, and recruiting platforms
Familiarity with federal, state and local laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment required
Absolute discretion in handling sensitive/confidential information and ability to exercise good judgment
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
