2+ years expCompex Legal Services is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support day-to-day technology needs across the organization. This role focuses on troubleshooting, documentation, and user support while collaborating with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.

Responsibilities
Assist staff with system configuration and troubleshooting, both remotely and in-person
Work closely with our IT team to tackle complex technical issues and escalate when needed, ensuring quick resolutions
Document customer interactions and technical issues to help streamline support processes
Keep up-to-date with the latest tech trends, system updates, and software developments to offer the best solutions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus!)
At least 2 years of experience in technical support or troubleshooting
Proficiency in hardware/software issues
Strong understanding of operating systems and software applications
Strong problem-solving and communication skills (both verbal and written)
A patient, approachable demeanor with a knack for breaking down technical jargon into clear, step-by-step instructions
Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team when necessary
Experience with technical support tools and software

Preferred
Previous experience with JIRA and Confluence
Associate's degree or higher in a related field
