Optomi, in partnership with a leading energy provider, is looking for an IT Business Consultant to join their team and drive IT business consulting activities for key business groups. The IT Business Consultant will serve as the primary interface between business groups and IT, ensuring seamless integration of IT products and services to meet business needs and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary interface between IT and assigned business groups
Evaluate and integrate IT products and services to meet business needs
Provide technical knowledge to ensure efficient system design, development, and implementation
Participate in IT project implementations as a test coordinator, requirement analyst, or project lead
Assist in annual and long-term IT investment planning
Systematically review the functional and technical health of business applications as part of the Application Portfolio Management (APM) process
Ensure customer satisfaction, problem resolution, and adherence to service level agreements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or 6 years of related business experience in lieu of a degree)
3-5 years of experience in business and/or IT systems analysis or support
Minimum of 6 years in workstation desktop and mobile technology support and troubleshooting
At least 3 years of experience in delivering IT projects
Strong analytical and communication skills
