Responsibilities
Act as #2 to the Director across contracts, pricing, and procurement
Lead complex client engagements across multiple GovCon clients
Serve as senior escalation point for contract strategy and execution
Translate FAR-driven requirements into practical, client-ready solutions
Drive process improvement tied to pricing and FFP delivery
Build forecasts and inputs for staffing and revenue planning
Coach and develop managers and senior consultants
Review high-risk deliverables before they go to clients
Qualification
Required
Deep experience in government contracts (services-heavy)
Strong FAR, contract types, and compliance knowledge
Consulting or multi-client delivery background
Experience advising small to mid-sized GovCons
Proven ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities
Executive presence with clients and internal leadership
Preferred
Pricing exposure beyond T&M models
Experience supporting FFP transitions
Background in outsourced contracts or advisory firms
