Responsibilities

Oversee multiple client pods and Account Managers
Sit in on client calls, present strategic recommendations, and enable account managers to shine
Provide added strategic insights, educate clients, and set boundaries based on agreed-upon goals and mutual success
Understand the mechanics of B2B Marketing and SaaS to deliver superior results for the top SaaS brands in the world
Collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, and Account Managers to ensure optimal client outcomes
Consult and assist with publisher and influencer recruitment, onboarding, approvals, and compliance audits
Analyze program performance, prepare regular reporting, and present actionable insights to clients
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates
Identify challenges and opportunities to improve retention and increase revenue with creative strategies to unlock growth for clients and the agency
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions
Stay up to date on industry trends and identify new opportunities for clients
Assist in Business Development discussions and presentations
Facilitate helpful post-mortems, learning sessions, and prep and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews with clients

Required

7+ years of SaaS marketing, partner marketing, or affiliate marketing experience
Client management, account management, negotiation, or strategy experience in a digital marketing agency, with a focus on partnerships or partner marketing
Fired up about the growth and partner marketing for innovative SaaS and B2B brands
Demonstrated ability to lead, learn, and build relationships with team, clients, partners, and the industry
Think creatively about non-traditional affiliate and partner marketing: niche content, newsletter, podcast, value-added sellers, LinkedIn influencers tied to a client's ideal customer persona
Experience directing and mentoring Account Managers and junior team members
Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and present insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Data Analysis, Excel/Google Sheets, AI tools and adoption, and affiliate/influencer marketing platforms such as Impact and PartnerStack
Experience on the advertiser or publisher side is a plus in addition to agency experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
