Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of eCommerce/web/app projects from discovery through launch and post-launch support
Coordinate daily execution across Product, UX/UI, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
Manage scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets across multiple workstreams
Run ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, and status updates
Translate business requirements into actionable plans and user stories (in collaboration with Product Owners)
Drive stakeholder communication and executive reporting
Maintain project documentation: charters, RAID logs, timeline plans, release notes
Ensure quality of deliverables: performance, security, reliability, accessibility
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of Project Management experience delivering technology initiatives
3+ years managing eCommerce and digital platform projects (web + mobile apps)
Strong experience working with: Agile/Scrum delivery teams, Multi-vendor and internal engineering teams, Cross-functional stakeholders (business + IT)
Proven ability to manage integration-heavy programs involving: Order Management / Inventory / Pricing / Shipping, Payment gateways, tax engines, customer accounts/portal
Proficient with tools: Jira / Confluence, MS Project / Smartsheet / Monday.com (any), Slack / Teams / Zoom
Excellent communication skills with leadership and technical teams
Preferred
Experience in distribution, building products, construction supply, logistics, or retail
Experience with eCommerce platforms: Headless commerce architectures
Familiarity with: API-based integrations / middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
Mobile delivery (React Native / Flutter / iOS / Android)
PMP, CSM, SAFe certification is a plus
