ASSOCIATE PROJECT CONTROLS SPECIALIST

They are seeking an Associate Project Controls Specialist to perform project control activities, including preparing status reports, coordinating with project managers, and monitoring project budgets and cash flow.

Responsibilities

Prepare status reports, project budgets/costs reports, progress measurement reports, and other related activities
Coordinate with Project Manager and Project Team on tracking performance against budget and schedule
Prepare and process invoices on each project and monitor cash flow
Assist in developing and maintaining staffing and manpower plans
Interface with in-house departments and third parties for invoicing and cost tracking purposes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Business-related major
0-1 years Project Controls experience
Proficient in MS Excel
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
