Responsibilities
Partner with General Contractors, OFCI Managers, Project Managers, and Site Contract Management teams
Track OFCI equipment deliverables and ensure alignment with contractual and confirmed supply dates
Escalate equipment delays, defects, or construction-impacting issues as the first line of response
Escalate Field Technician availability, compliance, and site standard adherence
Support Claims Management by identifying contractual performance deviations
Maintain risk-tracking documentation and ensure strong Microsoft Data Hygiene
Participate in project and organizational meetings as needed
Engage stakeholders to understand business requirements and execute sourcing plans
Serve as a subject-matter expert on procurement processes, compliance, and best practices
Manage sourcing activities, ensuring on-time delivery, budgeting, and risk management
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with strategic suppliers
Ensure compliance with sourcing processes and act as an internal consultant across project stages
Qualification
Required
6+ years of Procurement Management experience
6+ years of Contract Management experience
6+ years of MS Office expertise (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Analytical decision-making abilities with an understanding of procurement and sourcing techniques
Experience supporting construction, hyperscale, or technical project environments
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
