Responsibilities

Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to align recruiting strategies with business goals, KPIs, and internal customer needs
Collaborate with operational leaders to assess staffing strategies, forecast hiring needs, and provide data-driven recommendations
Source, engage, and interview candidates for a wide range of individual contributor roles across various markets and centers, including both corporate (SG&A) and field-based positions
Utilize both established and innovative sourcing channels to attract active and passive talent
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and acceptance
Ensure all offers comply with Protech’s policies and maintain consistency across markets
Provide a smooth transition to the HR Administrative Team for onboarding and orientation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track metrics, and prepare recruitment reports
Stay informed about industry best practices and evolving recruiting trends to continuously enhance Protech’s talent acquisition approach

Required

3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or multi-market environment
Experience recruiting both field-based and corporate (SG&A) roles
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms; Workday and Smartsheet experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices, and compliance requirements
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience

Preferred

Workday and Smartsheet experience strongly preferred
