Responsibilities
You’ll work closely with IT leaders to review existing policies, identify gaps, and help create or update documentation that keeps the organization aligned and compliant
You’ll track progress across multiple IT domains, coordinate communication between leaders and their teams, and provide regular status updates to IT leadership
You’ll assist project managers with the day‑to‑day coordination of IT projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking clear, actionable meeting minutes
You’ll maintain project documentation such as plans, risk registers, and issue logs, and help track progress against timelines and milestones
You’ll help prepare project status reports and presentations, organize project data, maintain project files, and support the team with general administrative tasks
You’ll also assist with updating project information in the PMO’s project management system and provide basic technical support, such as troubleshooting software issues or helping with file sharing
You’ll communicate with project team members, stakeholders, and other departments, helping foster a collaborative and supportive environment
You’ll identify potential risks or issues early and escalate them to the project manager when needed
If you’re eager to grow, you’ll have the chance to research industry best practices and emerging trends in project management
You’ll update PMO standard operating procedures
Qualification
Required
Pursuing Associate's degree or higher
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
