Solutions Architect -Collaboration
IntegraONE is seeking a Solutions Architect for Collaboration to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced collaboration solutions. This role involves providing technical leadership, working closely with customers and teams to develop scalable solutions, and evaluating emerging technologies for strategic planning.

Responsibilities
Lead discussions with customers to gather project requirements and discuss possible solutions
Creation of complex Bill of Materials from customer requirements
Create detailed scope of work for proposed projects
Explanation of solution architectures via whiteboarding, presentations and client interaction
Create documentation for architectures, implementation plans, and best practices to ensure consistency, streamline deployments, and facilitate knowledge sharing
Keep up-to-date with Federal and State E911 Calling Requirements such as Kari’s Law and Ray Baum’s Act
Work with vendors and partners to evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to strategic planning for their respective practice
Communicate and present solutions and industry trends to the sales team
Mentor team members to equip them with the skills needed for configuring and troubleshooting designed solutions
Lead and/or oversee collaboration implementations, ensuring on-time and high-quality results
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of experience providing pre-sales engineering as well as designing and installing complex collaboration solutions
Advanced experience in Cisco Call Manager
Advanced experience in Cisco Unity/Unity Connection
Advanced experience in Cisco Emergency Responder
Advanced experience in Cisco UCCX
Advanced experience in Cisco Voice Gateway
Advanced experience in FortiVoice
Advanced experience in Cisco WebEx Calling
Advanced experience in Cisco WebEx Contact Center
Advanced experience in RedSky E911 Solutions
Advanced experience in Singlewire – InformaCast
Advanced experience in Microsoft Teams Voice
CCNA or CCNP Collaboration
