Responsibilities
Operate, maintain, and repair building mechanical systems, including boilers, HVAC/refrigeration, air compressors, hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, piping, and related distribution components
Operate, maintain, and repair water and sanitary systems, including filters, softeners, plumbing fixtures, supply and drain lines, sprinkler systems, sump pumps, and sewer piping
Operate, maintain, and repair electrical motors and engines that power mechanical and HVAC equipment
Operate, maintain, and repair building automation and control systems for HVAC, including consoles, panels, sensors, and monitoring devices
Comply with PMPM Uniform Dress Code while working and maintain a neat and clean appearance while on the property at times other than working hours
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial building operations and maintenance
Experience in operation, maintenance and basic repair of HVAC, boilers, heaters, pumps, refrigerant systems, compressors, gas lines, water systems, and the like
Thorough knowledge in all building systems operations, maintenance and repair
Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with tenants, clients and vendors
Possess any permits or licenses required by law or code (e.g., refrigeration license, etc.)
