Responsibilities
Perform Software Verification & Validation (V&V) activities for avionics systems
Apply ARP4754A guidelines for civil aircraft and system development
Understand system and software requirements and develop system test cases and test scripts
Execute tests in System Integration Labs (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments
Support testing of Flight Control Computers and avionics subsystems
Collect, process, and analyze test data using DIADEM or similar tools
Identify defects, create Problem Reports (PRs) , and follow standard PR lifecycle processes
Participate in all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
Use DOORS for requirements management and Integrity (MKS) for configuration management
Support activities related to certification and regulatory compliance
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Avionics Software V&V or safety-critical systems
Strong knowledge of ARP4754A
Hands-on experience with flight control systems and integration lab environments
Experience with HIL/SIL testing
Proficiency in developing test cases and scripts using any scripting language
Experience analyzing test results using DIADEM
Familiarity with DOORS and Integrity (MKS)
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with DO-178C and/or DO-254
Prior involvement in FAA / EASA certification programs
Background in aerospace, avionics, or other safety-critical domains
