Responsibilities
Provide functional support for SAP Ariba modules including eSourcing, Contract Management, and Procure-to-Order (P2P/P20)
Manage and optimize SAP Ariba system configuration, workflows, and integrations
Implement and configure Ariba modules based on business requirements
Support supplier onboarding, catalogs, punch-out catalogs, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting for Ariba functionalities
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to drive process improvements
Ensure data integrity, compliance with procurement policies, and audit readiness
Manage internal and external stakeholders to meet project timelines and deliverables
Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and cloud operations
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in SAP Ariba support and implementation
Hands-on with eSourcing, Contract Management, and Procure-to-Order (P2O / P2P)
Experience in procurement operations, supplier onboarding, and catalog management
Ability to support production issues and drive process improvements
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba solutions and products
Expertise in procurement operations, e-procurement tools, and supply chain processes
Experience with catalogs, punch-out catalogs, invoices, and supplier management
Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and sourcing lifecycle processes
Working knowledge of SQL and system integration concepts
Strong understanding of customer business processes and industry best practices
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Preferred
Experience with Ariba Cloud engineering or large-scale Ariba implementations
Exposure to Agile or project management methodologies
Experience with system integrations, data analytics, or reporting
Background working with large consulting firms or enterprise clients
