Required

Strong experience in Product Management, including product lifecycle strategy, roadmap creation, and execution

Project Management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and manage timelines effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting to stakeholders
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide creative and data-driven solutions
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field

Preferred

Knowledge or experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is strongly preferred
an advanced degree is a plus
