Responsibilities
Provide technical phone support to customers in the diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of network based issues for our product lines. Over the phone as well as remote troubleshooting support
Provide technical consultations to customers and field-based sales and clinical support team about hardware, software and networking requirements and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Three (3) to five (5) years of recent hands-on experience in an IT and/or networking support role
Experience in troubleshooting system integration and system compatibility issues
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in technologies or equivalent in-depth specialized technical training/experience
