Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and education to ensure excellence in professional nursing practice and adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and nursing standards
Lead and oversee all performance improvement initiatives, including QAPI and Infection Prevention programs, ensuring continuous compliance and quality outcomes across the Surgery Center
Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing clinical and administrative team, promoting a culture of engagement, accountability, and professional growth
Drive operational efficiency and cost-saving measures to optimize workflows, resource utilization, and financial stewardship
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of a busy Surgery Center supporting elective procedures Monday–Friday, with staff responsible for codes on weekends and holidays
Qualification
Required
Experience in clinical leadership within a high-volume, elective surgery environment
Knowledge of performance improvement initiatives, including QAPI and Infection Prevention programs
Ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing clinical and administrative team
Experience in driving operational efficiency and cost-saving measures
Strong understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and nursing standards
Ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of a busy Surgery Center
