Human Resources Generalist (Greater Philly + Hybrid)

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Paylocity, including employee data, reporting, and system administration
Process bi-weekly payroll with a focus on accuracy, audits, adjustments, and year-end activities
Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and related regulations
Oversee full-cycle recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions
Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and support interview processes
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including I-9 compliance and personnel records management
Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking, and standard HR reporting
Serve as a primary resource for employee inquiries related to payroll, recruiting, and HR policies
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
Direct experience with Paylocity and payroll processing
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting
Experience supporting multi-state payroll
Preferred
HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
