Responsibilities
Engage with Loss Control teams across all regions, participating in and observing field service initiatives
Help support safety visits, contribute to team projects, and act as a liaison with other MEMIC departments to increase awareness of Loss Control’s services and impact
Support the MEMIC Safety Experts podcast, policyholder webinars, and digital training content
Assist in creating and updating safety documents, presentations, and resources
Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and support service improvement
Collaborate with Safety Management Consultants and Loss Control Analysts on business intelligence projects
Help develop a Loss Control resource guide for Small Business Safety Outreach initiatives
Qualification
Required
Pursuing an Associate's degree or higher
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
Curiosity, willingness to learn new technology, and a collaborative mindset
