Responsibilities

5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience
Proven experience with system assessments, optimizations, or post-implementation reviews
Strong expertise in: Core HR (data model, LDGs, legal employers, hierarchies, Fast Formulas)
Time & Absence (plans, accruals, workflows, payroll integration)
Compensation (salary structures, merit planning, variable comp, budgeting)
Solid understanding of: Oracle HCM security (RBAC, data security profiles)
Integrations (OIC, HDL, FBDI, web services)
BPM workflows and approvals
Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience: Additional modules: Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning
Advanced technical skills: OIC, Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, OTBI/BIP, REST APIs
Global/multi-country HCM implementations
Post-production optimization or HCM health checks
Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
