Responsibilities
Architect and maintain high‑performance front‑end applications using React, thoughtfully integrating them with scalable back‑end services
Uphold coding excellence through peer reviews, mentorship, and best‑practice guidance
Lead automation and efficiency efforts to streamline development workflows and reduce manual processes
Own and enhance internal tools and platforms—such as intranet systems, support tools, and monitoring solutions—building intuitive, responsive user experiences that help prevent client issues
Identify opportunities for innovation, challenge outdated processes, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver modern, React‑driven solutions
Serve as a technical lead for enterprise initiatives, supporting cross‑departmental collaboration and mentoring junior developers in React architecture and engineering standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience with React and TypeScript
5+ years of hands‑on C# / .NET Core development experience
Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools such as Bitbucket, Veracode, Bamboo, and GitHub
Advanced SQL expertise, including complex query development, performance tuning, and relational database optimization—plus the ability to support teammates in resolving query issues
Experience architecting and maintaining RESTful APIs
Strong understanding of authentication and authorization standards, including OAuth 2.0 and JWT
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring developers through code reviews, pair programming, and structured knowledge‑sharing
Proven ability to support onboarding and contribute to overall team growth
