Responsibilities
Design a VCF 9 based modern private cloud in accordance to customer technical and business requirements. This includes virtual compute, network, storage, automation and operations platform
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop additional service offerings for the catalog to better address business needs and provide a more public cloud-like experience for users
Conduct a tool rationalization investigation to simplify operations, eliminate redundancy, and identify opportunities for integration among existing tools to drive efficiencies
Recommended VMware security standards/hardening configuration for VCF
Strong knowledge of Automation and knows how to do some level of custom integrations, and has worked with the SNOW integration
Knowledge of VCF Automation, not just vRealize Automation 8. If they know VCF Automation, they will know All Apps vs VM Apps (using Supervisor cluster)
Ensure that all VMs are managed through VCF Automation to ensure governed access to vSphere, improve security, and facilitate the ability to provide automated Day 2 services for users
