Responsibilities

Oversees marketing functions, including coordination, planning and reporting of requests

Interfaces with Management Team to fulfill marketing initiatives

Coordinates creation of visual content for websites, social media, trade shows, career fairs, and department requests

Collaborate with the team to generate new ideas, capture staff stories, and execute communication to appropriate audiences

Manages execution of ongoing projects for internal and external marketing

Internal moral boosters/incentive creation

Manages development and maintenance of website updates, focusing on design and visuals

Photograph and design graphics with appropriate images and content for various needs

Manage and create video content for internal and external audiences

Support audience growth, engagement and brand awareness

Must possess a valid Driver's License, in good standing

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation

Skilled in video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content

Knowledge of branding strategies and public relations practices to enhance corporate image

Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all content produced

Strong artistic eye for branding, knack for design

Experience managing social media platforms

Website review, edits and updates

Getting to know the business, target audience, and understanding appropriate content to attract new relationships
