Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact by handling inbound calls, emails, and faxes from customers, sales representatives, and brokers
Follow established customer service procedures and help improve and document new processes to enhance overall service quality
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify key drivers of business success and implement customer-focused solutions
Accurately manage customer transactions and requests using internal systems and tools
Communicate product and service features in relation to customer needs
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up
Consistently deliver a positive, solutions-oriented customer experience
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Required

2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing environment experience a plus)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer focus with a knack for assessing needs and delivering timely solutions
Positive, honest, and team-oriented attitude
Adaptable, action-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with customer service tools/databases
Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills
Proven ability to manage high volumes of transactions with speed and accuracy
High ethical standards and professional integrity
