Responsibilities
Drive outbound business development to secure retained and contingent executive search engagements
Build long-term partnerships with founders, executives, and hiring leaders
Source, evaluate, and place senior-level talent across Digital Health and HealthTech organizations
Run the full search lifecycle: intake, strategy, execution, offer, and close
Develop deep market expertise and own a defined vertical within Digital Health
Qualification
Required
Currently working (or very recently worked) as a 360 Executive Search Consultant at a search firm or staffing firm with a search division
Direct Hire / Permanent placement experience (not contract-only)
Demonstrated experience recruiting within Digital Health, Health Technology, or adjacent technology sectors
Experience placing technology-driven professional roles, such as: Healthcare Software / SaaS, Business Applications (Cybersecurity, Supply Chain, Payments, Marketing Tech, Databases), Cloud & Platform Technologies (AWS, DevOps, Infrastructure), Healthcare IT / HealthTech Platforms, Data Center or Infrastructure-related roles, Finance, Accounting, and Operations, Sales + GTM roles
Preferred
Background at a Digital Health–focused search firm or a relevant technology search practice is strongly preferred
