The role involves supporting program managers in firmware development initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
Support program managers in planning, tracking, and executing firmware development initiatives
Assist in evaluating and selecting product features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer needs
Contribute to change management efforts by coordinating communications, training, and stakeholder engagement
Help identify and mitigate risks across firmware programs, including schedule, resource, and technical risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and operations
Prepare and maintain program status reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations
Consolidate inputs from multiple teams to generate clear, actionable summaries for executive reviews
Utilize industry-leading tools to manage workflows and visualize data (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Asana)
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an MBA or equivalent engineering management program
Strong interest in technology, product development, and operational strategy
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with program management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet) is a plus
Preferred
Understanding of firmware or embedded systems development lifecycle
Experience with risk assessment frameworks or change management methodologies
Exposure to product strategy or portfolio management
Comfort working with data to support decision-making (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Ability to synthesize technical and business information for diverse audiences
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Experience using Kanban boards, Agile boards, Asana or similar tools for task and project tracking
