Responsibilities
You are the first point of contact for our customers, friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
You will pleasantly greet and guide all customers through the car rental process
You will prepare rental agreements and advise on optional extras, create the best rental experience and maximize sales and service opportunities for every customer
You handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
Qualification
Required
You are a natural sales talent, motivated and enjoy direct customer contact, and driven by achieving sales targets
You bring valuable experience from sectors such as sales, service, or tourism and have a service-oriented mindset, excel in customer support, and are known for being a reliable and responsible team member
You possess excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction
You are willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and authorized to work in the US and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
