The role involves supporting the Post Master by managing mail distribution, assisting guests with postage purchases, and ensuring compliance with United States Federal Guidelines.

Responsibilities
Collecting mail in the A.M from secure location on site, sort and distribute according to resort department
Prepare resident and townhome owners mail
Assist guests/employees with the purchase of postage, certified and return receipt, delivery and signature mail
Zone outgoing mail into appropriate bins
Assist in daily replenishment of back stocked product to the sales floor
Use of Pitney Bowes machine for selling and applying postage to 1 st Class Mail, Resort Gift Certificates with delivery confirmation, and Resort Brochures
Assist the Loss Prevention Department by preparing and shipping Lost and Found items
Process Postal Deposits on daily basis
Process outgoing mail and place in secure locked area for pickup by US Postal Service
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Part time, and on call positions available
