Senior Platform Product Manager
Genzeon is a trusted provider of intelligent, cloud-enabled healthcare solutions that help providers and health systems improve operational efficiency and patient experiences. They are seeking a Senior Platform Product Manager to own and evolve the core Patient Engagement Solutions platform, focusing on enhancing platform capabilities and defining new foundational services for scalable solution delivery.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of core PES platform capabilities, including roadmap, prioritization, delivery, and adoption
Drive continuous improvement of existing platform services such as low-code configuration, workflows, integrations, analytics, and governance
Identify scalability gaps and technical debt, partnering with engineering to address them strategically
Define reusable platform standards and primitives that enable consistent solution development
Balance near-term solution demands with long-term platform extensibility, reliability, and performance
Ensure the PES platform supports Epic-aligned workflows and repeatable integration patterns used by provider organizations
Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to evolve cloud-native PES services on Microsoft Azure
Own platform capabilities that support omnichannel contact center interactions across voice, chat, SMS, and digital channels
Ensure platform-level instrumentation supports visibility into performance, adoption, and operational KPIs
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as a Product Manager with significant ownership of SaaS platforms or core infrastructure products
Proven success enhancing and scaling an existing platform in a regulated or enterprise environment
Strong platform product mindset, including multi-tenant SaaS design and configurability
Proven experience building patient engagement products deployed within health systems, with a clear vision for how digital experiences can meaningfully improve patient access, communication, and outcomes
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred
Experience supporting Epic-enabled healthcare platforms
Experience working with Microsoft Azure-based SaaS platforms
Experience enabling enterprise contact center capabilities at the platform level
Experience working with health systems or provider organizations
Awareness of patient engagement and access journeys
Familiarity with digital and voice engagement platforms in healthcare
