Responsibilities
Source equipment & attachments (new, used, or rental) and provide tailored options
Manage logistics: schedule hauling, branch transfers, and deliveries
Create and update quotes, purchase orders, and financing approvals
Support walk-in customers with equipment and attachment inquiries
Maintain accurate customer databases, leads, and sales calls
Ensure yard displays & inventory are maintained and presentable
Prospect new customers, make outbound calls, and handle inbound sales leads
Stay informed about machine programs, warranties, financing, and competitive products
Participate in ongoing John Deere training and development programs
Qualification
Required
3 - 5 years' experience in a competitive sales role in construction or a closely related industry
Strong knowledge of sales policies, pricing, and customer service practices
Ability to use CDK business systems, Microsoft Office, and internet tools
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Flexible to work in fast-paced, hands-on environments
