Required
2-4 years of complex commercial litigation experience, including New York state and federal court
Experience drafting litigation documents, taking and defending depositions, managing case workflows, and participating in trial preparation
Strong courtroom advocacy and analytical abilities
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
New York bar admission is required
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred
Familiarity with fiduciary litigation in New York State Surrogate's Court is a plus, as is prior judicial clerkship experience
