The candidate will be responsible for driving cross-project coordination, maintaining program documents, and partnering with project managers to ensure effective communication and governance.

Responsibilities
Drive cross-project and cross-program coordination of all necessary work items and check lists supporting conveyance of American Heritage applications
Create, maintain, and provide specific program documents/artifacts to new project managers and business analysts as they on-board to the program
Partner closely with the project/program manager to create and share meeting agenda, cadence, audience to invite
Communicate program artifacts and when to use via communicating with the IT project managers
Partner with program manager to set up program governance
Add and manage people to access Workday codes, based on program manager guidance
Interface with IT project managers and stakeholders on risk, issue and decisions status and communicate status reporting cadence and needs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a project coordination or technical project support role
Experience with tools such as Jira, Target Process, Confluence, Excel, SharePoint
Experience with Azure Platform (Cloud) and On Prem
