Support the development, launch, or optimization of fintech products and platforms
Analyze financial systems, workflows, and data to identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and business teams
Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable solutions
Evaluate fintech tools, APIs, and vendors
Support go-to-market initiatives, partnerships, or client implementations
Qualification
Required
2–6+ years of experience in fintech, financial services, consulting, product, or strategy roles
Strong understanding of areas such as payments, lending, digital banking, or financial infrastructure
APIs, data flows, and fintech platforms
Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Startup or high-growth environment experience is a plus
