Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ERP implementations for manufacturing clients using Infor CloudSuite Industrial
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Facilitate discovery sessions to understand client business processes and requirements
Configure and support system setup, data migration, testing, and go-live activities
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, developers, and client stakeholders
Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
Provide training and guidance to end users and client leadership teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Support post-go-live stabilization and ongoing client relationships
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in ERP implementation, project management, or consulting
Experience working with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) or similar manufacturing ERP systems
Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes (e.g., production, inventory, planning, finance)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Comfortable working in a remote environment with frequent travel (up to 50%)
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
PMP or similar certification is a plus
Preferred
Prior consulting or professional services experience
ERP data migration and integration experience
Change management and user adoption support
Experience working with cloud-based ERP platforms
