Responsibilities
Provide direction and oversight to project team members to achieve project objectives
Coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Plan, track, and monitor project schedules and budgets from initiation through completion
Track project materials including ordering, delivery, and installation
Identify project risks or issues and report them to the project team; assist in implementing corrective actions
Maintain and update project tracking tools for schedules, costs, and progress
Organize and participate in project meetings; assist with preparation of presentations and reporting materials
Ensure compliance with established project management processes and standards
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding and application of standard project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Ability to analyze and resolve routine scheduling and budget issues of limited scope
Ability to work under supervision with assignments provided through specific and detailed instructions
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to collaborate primarily with immediate project team members, team leaders, and related professionals
1–3 years of project coordination or project management experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Microsoft Project
Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and data visualization
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
